With one game left against No. 9 Michigan State, which just beat Ohio State, the Nittany Lions’ bowl projections are still all over the place, but one things clear: Penn State will be underdogs there, too.

The fact of the matter is nearly everyone who watches Penn State football understands the game less than John Donovan. He has years and years of experience, days and weeks spent watching film. It’s his life.

On some sarcastic level Penn State’s special teams unit should get a higher grade simply for being just as consistently bad as it was the week before.
