Paul Clifford was recently named the director of the Penn State Alumni Association, and he’ll officially begin his term on January 11. Before he starts his position as director, we asked him a few questions about what he expects from his new job and plans he has for the Alumni Association.

“We need to weigh the balance between safety and providing lights versus light pollution going into people’s homes,” councilman Evan Myers said. “Maybe lighting is what we need but not the same kind of lighting with high street lights that we’ve been doing for years.”
