State College residents interested in getting involved with local government can apply to fill several vacancies on borough authorities, boards and commissions.
The borough currently has vacancies on the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) Board of Directors, the LGBTQ Advisory Committee and the Design Review Board.
The positions require residency in State College Borough.
Applications are available online. Those interested in serving on an ABC that does not have a current opening can still fill out an application now and it will be kept on file for two years, according to a borough email.
