State College area artist Jennifer Shuey’s work showcases the natural landscapes of Central Pennsylvania, and part of the proceeds from sales of her paintings is going toward helping to restore and preserve natural resources.
The former executive director of ClearWater Conservancy, Shuey has 26 of her paintings on display at Zola Kitchen and Wine Bar through the end of April. A portion of the sales from the exhibit, presented by the Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania, will go toward ClearWater’s Slab Cabin Run initiative to preserve agricultural land and protect source water.
Centre County Report’s Jonas Saint Preux spotlights Shuey and her artwork.
