A 74-year-old Bellefonte woman who was reported missing has been found and is safe, according to state police at Rockview.
Frances Mottorn was located on Thursday in the Harrisburg area, police wrote.
Mottorn was reported missing after she was last seen visiting a patient at Mount Nittany Medical Center on Wednesday afternoon and did not return home. A missing endangered person advisory was issued on Thursday morning.
“Pennsylvania State Police thank everyone for their assistance,” police wrote.
Mottorn was the second person reported missing in Centre County this week. Police are also searching for 77-year-old Leon Bowman, of Howard, who was last seen Monday afternoon near his mailbox on Howard Divide Road. He “may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be confused,” according to an advisory issued Wednesday.
