The ‘Flower Tent’ in the Hills Plaza is in its first year at the South Atherton location, says franchise owner Bill Lehman.
But this is the second year overall the ‘Flower Tent’ has solid items in State College.
Last year the franchise only had one location — on North Atherton Street.
That location, in front of the Penn State Mobile Homes, also is open for business once again this weekend.
