Penn State’s next home game will have an afternoon start time.
The team announced on Monday that its Homecoming game against Northwestern on Oct. 11 will kick off at 3:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on FOX Sports 1.
It’ll mark the fourth 3:30 p.m. kickoff of the season for the Nittany Lions. Their season opener against Nevada, nonconference finale against Villanova and road trip to UCLA this Saturday occupy the same window.
It will also be the team’s second appearance on FS1, with the game against the Wildcats being the other.
Penn State hopes to enter the contest at 4-1 if it can handle business against the Bruins, while Northwestern will likely sit at 3-2 with a win over Louisiana Monroe this Saturday.
