The final details of Penn State football’s 2026 schedule are filling in.

The Nittany Lions on Friday announced the team’s matchup against Wisconsin on Sept. 26 will serve as the annual Homecoming game.

While the university’s Homecoming website initially listed the game time as 3:30 p.m. eastern time, it’s since been removed, and a university spokesperson confirmed it was incorrectly posted.

Additionally, FOX announced its full slate of Friday night games for the season, including Penn State’s matchup at Northwestern. The game will commence at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, and is expected to be the first game held in new Ryan Field, barring construction delays.

While it was previously known to be a Friday game, the kickoff time and broadcast information hadn’t been released. It’ll be the Nittany Lions’ first Friday night game since visiting Michigan State to close out the 2023 regular season.

Saturday, Sept. 5 vs. Marshall
