The fallout from the Penn State scandal has hit the Nittany Lions hard, and now, those sanctions are affecting the recruiting trai,l as Ross Douglas has de-committed and will not play his college football in Happy Valley.
The 5’10”, 180-pound recruit is a 4-star cornerback from Avon, OH who during his sophomore year rushed for 715 yards and nine touchdowns on roughly 100 carries, according to 247Sports.
