Obituary of Shirley Auman , 59

Shirley A. Auman, 59, of Milton, PA, passed away at her residence on Thursday, March 24, 2016. She was born on November 3, 1956 in Bellefonte. She was the daughter of Rose A. Kline Tressler of Milesburg and the late Melvin L. Tressler.

She is survived by her husband, Mark T. Auman at home; two sons, Kenneth L. Day of Warriors Mark, Justin W. Day of Blanchard; a step-daughter, Julie Shope of Milesburg; a step-son Michael Auman of Milesburg; eight grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Billett of Julian; and four brothers, Melvin Tressler, Jr., William Tressler of Beech Creek, Robert Tressler of Julian, and Barry Tressler of Howard.

Shirley was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and the outdoors. She was of the Protestant faith.

A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 8:00 P.M. at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, with Pastor Craig Cross officiating. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. time of the services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be a time of fellowship at the Unionville Community Center, 1190 Allegheny St., Julian, PA 16844 at 4:00 P.M., March 30, 2016.
