Penn State Basketball: Two Upcoming Games Rescheduled, One More Postponed

no description

As the Big Ten continues to shuffle and reschedule previously postponed games due to COVID-19, Penn State will now face No. 7 Michigan next Wednesday instead of No. 10 Wisconsin.

Penn State’s meeting with Nebraska in Lincoln on January 30 has also been postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Cornhusker program. That postponement was announced on Friday morning.

The Badgers will make the trip to State College to face the Nittany Lions on January 30, three days later than the previously scheduled Wednesday meeting. The contest with Michigan is a rescheduled game from earlier in the month.

Penn State faces Northwestern at the Bryce Jordan Center on Saturday night coming off its first Big Ten victory of the season on Thursday against Rutgers. The Nittany Lions have 12 remaining games on the schedule.

In an interesting twist, assuming the conference does not alter the schedule further, Penn State will play Wisconsin in back-to-back games with the Nittany Lions hosting the Badgers on the 30th. Penn State will then travel to Madison on February 2nd.

The postponed game against Nebraska will be rescheduled at a later date.
