A man was inadvertently locked inside the Subway restaurant located at 100 S. Burrowes St. according to State College police. They said that he damaged property inside the restaurant at approximately 5:41 a.m., although it is unclear what he did for the prior hour.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory in State College that is in effect from 5 p.m. Monday to 7 a.m. Tuesday. There are forecasted snow accumulations of two to four inches over this period, with a tenth inch of ice accumulations.
