State College Police are looking for a woman they say attempted to pass a counterfeit bill at a convenience store.
The suspect (pictured) allegedly attempted to use the counterfeit bill at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday at the Minit Mart at 106 N. Atherton St. She is described as college-aged black female and was wearing a yellow shirt, with a black headband in her hair. She entered the store with a group of males.
Anyone who may be able to identify the suspect or have information regarding this incident is asked to contact the State College Police Department at (814) 234-7150, by email or by submitting an anonymous tip through the department’s website.
