Three Penn State Altoona students were charged with trespassing in one of the students’ ex-girlfriend’s dorm room, Penn State Police said.
Christopher Ramos, 18, of Hopelawn, N.J.; Raymond Lesko Jr., 19, of Latrobe; and Tatman Chio, 18, of Philadelphia all entered the dorm room of Ramos’ ex-girlfriend without being authorized while visiting University Park this weekend at about 8 p.m. Friday in Sproul Hall, police said. Ramo’s girlfriend told them to leave once they entered.
Ramos allegedly punched a male friend of the ex-girlfriend who was also in the room with them. The friend was treated on the scene by EMS personnel but did not need to be taken to the hospital.
Chio and Lesko are charged with criminal trespass. Ramos is charged with burglary, criminal trespass and simple assault.
